Gerald Rufus McGee, 66, of Marianna, FL, died on October 8, 2024 at his residence.

He was born November 22, 1957 in Nashville, GA to the late Rufus McGee and the late Vida Hancock McGee Strickland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gina Hamil McGee; sister: Diane McGee Moore; brother-in-law: Melvin Murray; nephew: Wayne Watson, Jr.

He is survived by his daughter: Courtney McGee of Marianna, FL; 2 sisters: Frances Murray and Louise (John) Daffin all of Nashville; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Sunday December 8, 2024 at 2 PM in Flat Creek Church with the Rev. Mark Swain officiating.
