Geraldine "Gerry" Lott, 74, of Nashville died Sunday April 29, 2012 in the Tift Regional Medical Center.
She was born June 21, 1937 in Paxton, AL to the late Lark Weeks and the late Sealie Gautney. She was of the Holiness faith. She was the widow of Bennie Lott who died in 1998 and was also preceded in death by a brother: Gene Weeks who died in 1975.
She is survived by 3 daughters: Debora (Thomas) Sapp of Nashville, Tangur (Ralph) Hammond of Calhoun, LA, and Amy (John) Gaskins of Lenox; son: Jay Lott of Nashville; 3 grandchildren: Peyton, Kaitlyn, and Kallie; 2 sisters: Nettie Bentley and Peggy Meagher both of Quincy, FL; brother: Jamie Weeks of Quincy, FL.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday May 2, 2012 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Buckholts and the Rev. Lane Bentley officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM.
