Grace Glenda McClellan Gaskins, 81 of Peachtree Corners passed away peacefully on March 31, 2022 at Emory St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born March 8, 1941 in Nashville, GA to the late Donnie M. McClellan and the late Grace Rowe McClellan.  Following her education at Valdosta State & Massey Business College in Atlanta, she was employed by Georgia Tech for many years.  She was the devoted and beloved wife of Bobby W. Gaskins for 61 years.  She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Charlotte Lovett.

She was a member of Winters Chapel Baptist Church where she served as treasurer for several years.  She loved her church family and enjoyed putting puzzles together and playing games with her special church friends.  She also enjoyed gardening, stained glass, and bowling.  She cherished the time she spent with family and friends at the beach.

Glenda was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother.  She devoted her time and energy to raising her children and grandchildren by being a positive influence in their lives.  In our family, she was a role model who everyone looked up to and admired for her strong work ethic, dependability and honesty.

Glenda is survived by her son, Eric Gaskins of Peachtree Corners, and daughter, Angela Harrell (Brian) of Guntersville, AL; 2 sisters: Jenie McCullough of Roswell and Donna Kay Barfield of Nashville; 8 grandchildren:  Brittany (Gaskins) Sayers, Reagan Harrell, Jessica Gaskins, Grace Harrell, Lauren Gaskins, Hope Harrell, Ross Harrell and Maggie Gaskins.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 8, 2022 at 11:00 am and visitation will be held an hour earlier at 10:00 am in the Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Home in Peachtree Corners with Pastor Mickey Caison officiating.  The following day, April 9, 2022, there will be a visitation at 12:00 pm and funeral service beginning at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville, GA with Pastor Mickey Caison and Reverend Jackie Connell officiating.  Interment will follow in Rowe Family Cemetery.
