George Washington "G.W." Pearman, Jr., 84 of the West Berrien Community, died Tuesday April 11, 2023 at his residence.

He was born August 25, 1938 in Tift County to the late George Washington Pearman and the late Otha Sumner Pearman. He was a farmer, former member of the West Berrien Fire Dept and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of Vickers Church and was preceded in death by his wife: Nadine Williams Pearman; sister: Melba Clifton; brother: Bennie Lee Pearman.

He is survived by his daughter: Amy (Ricky) Willis of West Berrien; son: Jed (Tara) Pearman of Tifton; brother: Howard Pearman of Tifton; 3 grandchildren: Abigail, Eli and Brady; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday April 14, 2023 at 3 PM in Vickers Church with the Rev. Freddie Stone, Rev. Marv Williams and Rev. Ronnie Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in the Vickers cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home.
