Henry Lee "Hank" Starling, 86, of Ray City, died Saturday August 13, 2022 at his residence.

He was born June 2, 1936 in Lanier County to the late William David Starling and the late Georgia Mae Noles Starling. He retired from the mobile home manufacturing business and was an owner of a mobile home park. He was an avid reader, fisherman, pilot, was truly a jack of all trades and master of most. He was a veteran in the United States Air Force and was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years: Betty Jean Bryan Starling who died in 2007. He was also preceded in death by a brother: Vandle Starling.

He is survived by his daughter: Sonya (Chris) Sabo of Alabaster, AL; son: Lee Starling of Ray City; 5 grandchildren: Shad (Valeria) Starling, Leigh Ann (Jason) Walker, Rachel Cabral, Marissa (Mason) Wallin and Drew Harrelson; 9 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Tuesday August 16, 2022 from 4 to 5 PM at Lovein Funeral Home with a private interment to follow in the Westview cemetery.
