Harold Alden Lynch, 87, of Nashville died Monday November 19, 2018 at his residence.

He was born June 10, 1931 in Nashville to the late Henry Matthew Lynch and the late Mahalah Gibbs Wilson Lynch.  He was born into a farming family who farmed the areas of Nashville, Tifton, Adel and the areas surrounding. Once the family no longer farmed, they moved to Tampa Florida. Harold worked at the Hillsborough County Hospital from Jan. 23, 1966 to Aug. 6, 1983. Once he retired, he moved back to Nashville, GA., the place he called home. The place where he walked everywhere, even when he got his walker, that didn't stop him, he kept walking with a smile on his face. Harold would sit outside of Harvey's Grocery Store so that he could speak to everyone who went in, because he just loved people and his community. That made his day BUT we believe it made their day! Harold, you will be greatly missed but thank you for sharing your life with us!

He is survived by 3 nieces: Anna Maria Lynch Kizer, Vivian Elizabeth Lynch and Darlene Beard; 2 nephews: James Edward Lynch and Dennis Giddens; 2 great nieces: Dana Ballinger Oweis and Holly Ballinger Sherer; great nephew: Hunter Lynch; and numerous cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday November 24, 2018 at 10 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Simmons officiating.
