Hayward Willis Roland, 78, of Nashville died Tuesday September 29, 2015 in the Berrien Nursing Center.
He was born December 4, 1936 in Berrien County to the late Barney Roland and the late Willie Mae Giddens Roland. He was a heavy equipment mechanic for Reames Construction.
He is survived by his daughter: Debbie (Duane) Weiss of Neptune Beach, FL; son: Doug (Anna) Roland of Nashville; step daughter: Teresa Giddens; 2 step sons: Jeff and David Royal; brother: Raymond Roland of Nashville; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A graveside funeral service will be held Friday October 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM in Poplar Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Aaron Clanton officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM at Lovein Funeral Home.
