Hazel M. Moore, 88, of Nashville, died Sunday August 6, 2023 at her residence.

She was born February 9, 1935 in Lanier County to the late Les Miller, Sr and the late Ruby Adams Young. She was a retired seamstress at Nashville Textile, member of Bethel Holiness Church and attended Hope Baptist Church. She loved watching old westerns and reading books about the old west. She is preceded in death by 2 brothers: Les Miller, Jr and B.H. Miller.

She is survived by 2 daughters: Marsha Lindsey of Nashville and Sonya Sirmans of Nashville; 2 sons: Delbert (Beth Fletcher) Barber of Nashville and Kenneth Wade (Rose) Barber of Grand Forks, ND; 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; good friends: Katie, Johnnie Lynn and Toni.

A memorial service will be held Friday August 11, 2023 at 10 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Hughes officiating. Memorials can be made to the Berrien Senior Center (204 Hazel Ave. Nashville, GA 31639).
