Hazel Juanita Stanford, 79, of Nashville died Tuesday March 8, 2016 in Tift Regional Medical Center.
She was born May 1, 1936 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Reuben Warren and the late Willie Mae Roland Warren. She worked for the Dinner Bell Restaurant in Nashville for over 30 years and was a Jehovah Witness. She was preceded in death by a sister: Marie Mitchell and a granddaughter: Christina Stanford.
She is survived by her husband: J.L. Stanford of Nashville; Daughter: Brenda Moore of North Carolina; 2 sons: Charles (Christine) Stanford and Jimmy (Jacqueline) Stanford both of Nashville; 5 grandchildren: Shannon, Michael, Jessica, Joachim, and Jordan; 5 great grandchildren: Little Michael, Ashley, Devin, Dustin, and Jayde.
Funeral services will be held Friday March 11, 2016 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Clarence Luke officiating. Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 11 until hour of service.
