Henry Carroll "Tootie" Luke, 78, of Nashville, died Saturday November 9, 2019 in the Langdale Hospice House.

He was born May 12, 1941 in Berrien County to the late William Emmett Luke and the late Vera Hancock Luke. He was a retired mechanic with Martin Motors, served in the United States Navy and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

He is survived by 2 sons: Koven (Janice) Luke of Adel and Hank Luke of Athens, TN; grandson: Kasey (Brooke) Luke of TyTy; 2 great granddaughters: Hansley Faith Luke and Addie Leigh Luke; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Monday November 11, 2019 at 3 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jason Clanton and the Rev. John Bagley officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 1 to 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Langdale Hospice House.
