Herbert Lee Folsom, Jr, 63, of Nashville, died Friday January 15, 2016 at his residence.
He was born October 11, 1952 in Cook County to the late Herbert Lee Folsom and the late Lula Belle Conger Folsom. He was a forklift driver for Moultrie Post Form. He was preceded in death by several sisters and brothers.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Lynn (Steve) Trowell of Nashville and Angela (Grady) Callaway of Nashville; son: Andrew Nix of Nashville; sister: Brenda Powell of Moultrie; 5 brothers: Mark Folsom, Luke Folsom, Jim Folsom, John Folsom and Jack Folsom all of Moultrie; 5 grandchildren: Nathan, Andrea, Nicholas, Ashley and Ashton; 3 great grandchildren: Elisabeth, Liam and Justin, Jr.
Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday January 21, 2016 at 2 PM in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Thursday one hour prior to the service.
