Herman Daniel Mcclellan's Obituary
Herman McClellan,73, of Alapaha, died Sunday November 6, 2011 at his residence.
He was born October 19, 1938 in Berrien County to the late Clayton McClellan and the late Tortis Vickers. He was a farmer, retired from Nashville Mills as an excursion mechanic, and had also been employed with Horace Williams Lumber Co. He was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a son: Gary McClellan, infant daughter, infant son, brother: Melvin McClellan and a sister: Fannie Mae McClellan.
He is survived by his wife: Thelda Mae Sellars McClellan of Alapaha; son: Greg (Kim) McClellan of Alapaha; sister: Odellia Rudeseal of Alapaha; 2 grandchildren: Kylen McClellan and Katie McClellan.
Funeral services will be held Thursday November 10, 2011 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mickey Lindsey officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM.
