Homer Lee Forehand, Jr, 89, of Nashville, died Monday September 10, 2018 at the Fellowship Home in Nashville.

He was born July 22, 1929 in Berrien County to the late Homer Lee Forehand and the late Bessie Hill Forehand. He was a retired salesman with Brooks NAPA Auto Parts, member of Nashville First Baptist Church and an Air Force Veteran. He was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law: Iris Forehand.

He is survived by his wife: Geraldine Gaskins Forehand of Nashville; daughter: Dana (L.E.) Watson of Nashville; 2 sons: Greg (Debbie) Forehand of Nashville and William Forehand of Nashville; sister: Mary Reid of Valdosta; 4 grandchildren: Wendy (Rob) Leebern of Atlanta, Katie Andrew of Athens, Sarah Forehand of Nashville and Key Forehand of Nashville; 2 great grandchildren: Briggs and Bizzy Leebern.

Private graveside funeral services were held Tuesday September 11, 2018 at 10 AM in Westview Cemetery and the Rev. Danny Ray officiated.  Memorials are requested to the Georgia Sheriff Boy's Ranch.
