Irene Hughes Roe's Obituary
Irene Roe, 84, of Nashville, died Friday October 18, 2013 at her residence.
She was born November 13, 1928 in Berrien County to the late Walt Hughes and the late Delia Taylor. She was a homemaker and member of Faith Chapel. She was the widow of Jackson Calvin Roe who died in 1985.
She is survived by her daughter: Barbara Roe Selph of Nashville; son: Louie (Hope) Roe of Hahira; brother: W.E. (Bernice) Hughes of Nashville; 5 grandchildren: Charity Roe (Steven) King, Chad (Melissa) Roe, Brad (Missy) Roe, Corey (Rhiannon) Selph, and Casey Selph Massey; 5 great grandchildren: Austin and Ethan Carpenter, Chance and Destiny Roe, Autumn Roe.
Funeral services will be held Monday October 21, 20132 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Empire Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 7 to 9 PM.
