John William "J.W." Baker, Jr., 85, of West Berrien died Friday January 10, 2020 at his residence.

He was born February 5, 1934 in Berrien County to the late John William Baker and the late Carrie Elizabeth Weaver Baker.  He was a farmer  and a veteran of the U. S. Army.  He was preceded in death by a brother: Joseph "Bug" Baker.

He is survived by two sisters: Marie Barber of West Berrien and Anelda Griner of Nashville; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 14, 2020 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Brad Baker officiating.  Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
