Jackie Windell Gaskins' Obituary
Jackie Windell Gaskins, 70, of Nashville, died Sunday August 12, 2013 at the SGMC Berrien Campus.
He was born September 5, 1942 in Lanier County to the late Pleasant Marvin Gaskins and the late Golie Lee Sirmans. He worked in the boat industry producing fiberglass mold prototypes. He was a member of Flat Creek Church. He was preceded in death by a sister: Bonnie Nell Voelker.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Nell Bristol Gaskins of Nashville; 3 sons: Jackie Windell Gaskins, Jr., Timothy Wayne Gaskins, Joseph Thomas Gaskins all of Nashville;
sister: Martha Juanita Brickle of Tifton; brother: Jimmie Gaskins of Nashville
Funeral services will be held Wednesday August 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mickey Lindsey and Rev. Jonathan Walker officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM.
