James Charlie Mills, age 94 of Alapaha, died Thursday November 5 in the Berrien County Hospital.

Survivors include 2 daughters: Wilma Woodruff of Nashville and Sue Mikell of Ray City; 1 son: L.T. Mills of Fitzgerald; sister: Callis Pauline Dixon of Jacksonville, Fl; 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Louise Bellflower Mills who died February 20, 2009 and 2 brothers and 6 sisters.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 pm in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Kicklighter and Rev. Mickey Lindsey officiating. Interment will be in the Fellowship cemetery. Visitation is Saturday 7-9 pm at the funeral home.
