James Franklin "Jamie" Owens, II, 36, of Alapaha, died Monday September 12, 2022 at his residence.

He was born November 26, 1985 in Plant City, FL to the late Tiny Frank Owens and Cindy Lucille May Owens. He served in the Army National Guard where he did two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was preceded in death by a brother: James Franklin Owens.

He is survived by 2 sons: Keegan Owens of Nashville and Brayden Owens of Ray City; mother: Cindy Owens of Nashville; brother: Tiny Owens, Jr of Nashville; 2 sisters: Lori Simpson of South Carolina and Nicole Owens of Nashville.

His family will honor request for cremation and a memorial service will be held on Saturday October 8, 2022 at 6 PM in the Abundant Life Chapel.
