Janet Lynn Smith, 54, of Nashville died Tuesday April 16, 2013 at Langdale Hospice House.
She was born in Berrien County on December 15, 1958 to Earl Smith and Jean Blanton. She was a security supervisor with Securitas Guard Services.
She is survived by her father and mother: Earl and Jean Smith of Nashville; 2 brothers: Terry (Deanna) Smith of Valdosta; Dennis Smith of Nashville; 4 nieces: Katie, Deanna, Laura, & Tara Smith; 1 nephew: Derek N. (Kaylea) Smith; 2 great nephews; 1 great niece; host of extended family members and friends; and her beloved dog, Zellie.
Funeral service will be Thursday April 18, 2013 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Stanley Luke, Rev. Shelvie Summerlin, and the Rev. Ashley Blanton officiating. Interment with follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM.
