Janice Gail Price, 65, of Valdosta, died Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at SGMC in Valdosta.

She was born February 8, 1960, in Sylacauga, AL to the late Johnnie Brown and the late Clarice Parsons Brown. She was a homemaker and for several years worked in housekeeping at SGMC. She loved her family, her grandchildren were her world and she was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother: Steve Brown.

She is survived by her husband: Robert R. Price of Valdosta; daughter: Amanda Monk (Michael Thornton) of Valdosta; son: Brian (Marilyn) Price of Lake Park; 6 grandchildren: Dalton Monk, Dakota Monk, Jordan Price, Jaylyn Price, Emma Price and Brian Price; great grandson: Christian.

Her family will honor request for cremation. A memorial service will be held at Northside Baptist Church at a later date.
