Jason Earl Watson, 31, of Nashville, died Friday September 16, 2016 in Alapaha.
He was born September 5,1985 in Valdosta to Jimmy Edwin Watson and Joanna Barrentine Watson. He was a farmer, crop duster, member of the East Berrien Fire Dept and attended Riverside Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Eutychus and Elsie Barrentine and Emojean Watson.
He is survived by his wife: Ericka Boyd Watson of Nashville; son: Bentley Watson of Nashville; daughter: Abby Hughes of Nashville; father and mother: Jimmy and Joanna Watson of Nashville; brother: James (Shanna) Watson of Nashville; paternal grandfather: Herbert Watson of Nashville; father and mother-in-law: Lyle and Cheryl Boyd of Nashville; grandparents-in-law: Kathleen Boyd of Nashville and B.J. Vittum of Moultrie; niece: Kaylee Watson; 2 nephews: Kaden Watson and Reed Exum: 2 sisters-in-law: Ashleigh Exum of Nashville and Makinzy Boyd of Nashville; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 21, 2016 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Silas Carver officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the church of your choice or East Berrien Fire Dept.
