Jeanette Griffin Manning, 70, of Nashville died Sunday March 23, 2014 in Tift Regional Medical Center.

She was born August 8, 1943 in Berrien County to the late Ellis Medill Griffin and the late the Fannie Mae Lashley. She was a homemaker and a member of Long Bridge Primitive Baptist Church where she served as the church clerk. She was preceded in death by a brother: Earl Griffin.

She is survived by her husband: Charlie Manning of Nashville; 2 brothers: Donald Griffin of Nashville and Freddie Griffin of Drexel Hills, PA.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 26, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Long Bridge Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Robert Skinner officiating. Interment will follow in Long Bridge Cemetery. The body will lie in state at her residence on Tuesday from 2:00 PM until the hour of the service.
