Jim Stone, 69, of Nashville, died Wednesday July 11, 2012 in the Berrien Nursing Center.
He was born November 6, 1942 in Berrien County to the late Archie Stone and the late Alice Exum. He was employed with the Berrien County Road Department and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Evelyn Stanford and Geneva Ray.
He is survived by his wife: Glenda Bryan Stone of Nashville; 4 daughters: Sandra Browning, Peggy Taylor, Bonnie Stone, and Karen Morey all of Nashville; 2 sons: Jimmy Stone and Dewayne Morey both of Nashville; 4 sisters: Jeanette Jackson of Lakeland, Helen Toliver of Nashville, Janie Hughes of Nashville, and Mary Toliver of Cosby, TN; brother: Archie Stone of Nashville; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday July 13, 2012 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. R.J. Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Friday from 10 AM until the hour of services.
