Jimmy Elton "Jim" Crissman, 66, of Enigma died Tuesday July 2, 2019 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

He was born September 12, 1952 in Jacksonville, FL to the late John Elton Crissman and Mary Bass Crissman.  He was a "Jack of all trades,"  employed at the State prison in Starke, Florida as a guard and served in the U. S. Army.  He was preceded in death by his wife: Bonnie Lou Crissman who died in 2017.

He is survived by 3 daughters: Denice Baldree of Enigma, Sherry (Joseph) Rowe of Nashville and Melanie (Kenneth) Roberts of Camden, SC; son: Jimmy E. Crissman, Jr. of Camden, SC; companion: Mary Miller of Enigma; brother: Larry E. Crissman of Sylvania; 2 sisters: Penny (Richard) Lonsdale of Midway and Sandra ( Franklin) Ibeaknma of Jacksonville, FL; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday July 6, 2019 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in Enigma City Cemetery.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
