Obituary

John Franklin "Frank" Walker, 45, of Nashville died Tuesday January 14, 2020 at his residence.

He was born June 22, 1974 in Hahira to John Benjamin Walker and the late Janice Delores Clark.  He was a retired truck driver and a volunteer fireman with the Lanier County Fire Department.  He was a member of Hope Baptist Church.

He is survived by a son: John Alex Walker of Valdosta; father: John Walker of Blountstown, FL; sister: Janet Lynn Walker of Port Orange, FL; special aunt: Jo Carol Walker of Nashville; niece: Melissa Walker Mejia;  several other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday January 18, 2020 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Harper officiating.  Interment will follow in Brushy Creek Cemetery in Cook County.  Visitation will be Saturday one hour prior to the service. Special thanks to the nurses and staff with Bethany Hospice and the South GA Pearlman Cancer Center.
