Obituary

John Coleman "Johnny" Hall, 76, of Nashville, died Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Parkside Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation at Ellijay.

He was born February 6, 1944 in Berrien County to the late Leon and Louelle McKinnon Hall.  He retired as the City Clerk of Nashville GA, and was a member of the Nashville First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Wilma Jean Griffin Hall, a son: Christopher Adam Hall, brother-in-law: Johnny Elwood Griffin and brother-in-law: Charles Miner.

He is survived by 2 sons: Greg (Amy) Hall of Greenville, SC and Chad (Nira) Hall of Ellijay; brother: Bobby (Jean) Hall of Nashville; sister: Pat (Bobby) Polk of Nashville; sister-in-law: Sylvia Miner of Powell, TN; brother-in-law: Windell (Liza) Griffin of Nashville; 5 grandchildren: Ashley (Cody) Powers, Stephen Hall, Alyson (Brandon) Doolittle, Zach Hall and Emily Hall; 2 great grandchildren: Eric Jones and Carter Doolittle.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, at 11AM, at Cartecay Baptist Church in Ellijay with Rev. Chad Hall officiating. A Graveside Service will be held in the Nashville Memorial Gardens on Friday, at 1PM. Visitation will be one hour prior to the  service in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Nashville First Baptist Church or the charity of your choice.
