Johnny Steven "Steve" Brown, 61, of Valdosta, died Wednesday September 18, 2013 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.
He was born March 1, 1952 in Sylacauga, AL to the late Johnnie Brown and the late Clarice Parsons. He was employed with Winn Dixie for many years as a meat cutter and was currently employed with Sunset Farms.
He is survived by his wife: Deborah Lott Brown of Valdosta; 2 sons: Johnny Steven (Allison) Brown, Jr. of Hahira and Samuel Paul (Candice) Brown of Hahira; sister: Janice Gail Price of Adel; 3 grandchildren: Johnny Steven "Tripp" Brown III, Landen Alan Brown, and Matthew Ian Sumner.
Graveside funeral service will be held Saturday September 21 at 11:00 AM in Long Bridge Cemetery with the Rev. David Cummings officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 9 AM until time of service.
