Jonathan Kerry Mathis, 39, of Moultrie died Sunday February 10, 2019 at his residence.

He was born March 9, 1979 in Tifton to J. L. Mathis and Joyce Marie Hughes Windom.  He  had been employed with Colquitt Regional Medical Center as an LPN and most recently with Halcyon Hospice.  He was baptized into the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his mother and step father: Joyce (Bob)  Windom of Moultrie; father: J. L. Mathis of Ray City;  brother: Kevin (Marla) Mathis of Nashville.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 12, 2019 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with  Rev. Vernon Hughes and Rev. Scotty Mathis officiating.  Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be Monday 6-8pm.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Colquitt Regional Hospice.
