Joyce Parramore, 79, of Adel died Wednesday June 18, 2014 at South Georgia Medical Center.

She was born November 1, 1934 in Naxipater, MS to the late Edward Demar Wilkes and the late Ruth Suttle. She was a homemaker and attended the Nashville Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Buddy and Bobby Wilkes.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years.: Robert "Bob" Parramore of Adel; 2 daughters: Margaret (Wayne) Clements of West Berrien and Kimberly Lee (Ronnie) Pearson ; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister: Mary Ruth Flanders of Sparks; brother: Allen J. "Pete" Wilkes of Mississippi.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday June 22, 2014 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Stanley Ellis officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 2 PM until hour of services.
