Kathleen "Kathy" Petrin, 77, of Nashville died Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at Langdale Hospice House.

She was born May 5, 1948, in Buffalo, NY to the late Leo Schiferle and the late Juanita Davison Schiferle. She was homemaker, loved spending time with her family and participating in auctions. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

She is survived by her husband: Mike Petrin of Nashville; 2 daughters: Sandra (Ray) Cersey of Ray City and Deborah (Mike) Exum of Jekyll Island; 3 sons: Nicholas (Candice) Pena of Rochester, NY, Jay (Anna) NeSmith of Oregen and Josh Wallace of Valdosta; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will honor her request for cremation and no formal services will be held.
