Kathy Spells, 69, of Nashville died Thursday December 10, 2020 in South Georgia Medical Center.

She was born January 16, 1951 in Berrien County to the late Alex Cornelius McKinnon and the late Myrtice Shirah McKinnon.  She was a homemaker and a retired Parapro with the Berrien County Board of Education after 25 years of service.  She attended the Nashville Mission.  She was preceded in death by a sister Frances McNabb and a brother George McKinnon.

She is survived by her husband: Wendell Spells of Nashville; daughter: Mandy (Andy) Arnold of Nashville; son: Michael (Tamra) Spells of Nashville; six grandchildren: Chaz Rowland, Tyler Spells, Calob Rowland, Josh Spells, Blake Arnold and Chase Arnold; and two great grandchildren: Brylee and Esamae; two sisters: Linda Cornelius of Nashville and Betty Lee of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held Sunday December 13, 2020 at 2 PM in Westview Cemetery with the Rev. Stan Nix and Rev.
