Wendell Keith Griffin, 66, of Nashville, died Sunday August 14, 2022 at his residence.

He was born May 8, 1956 in Cook County to the late Larry Wendell Griffin and the late Dorothy Phillips Griffin. He was a contractor, carpenter and loved watching NASCAR. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Ricky Griffin and Timmy Griffin.

He is survived by his wife: Charlene Griffin of Nashville; 3 daughters: Felicia Young of Lakeland, Tonya (John) Fox of Valdosta and Amy Walsworth of Nashville; 2 sons: David (Ann) Rushing of Reynolds and Erick (Mandy) Rushing of Nashville; sister: Lisa Griffin Brannan of Nashville; 16 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

His family will honor his request for cremation. A memorial service will be held Friday August 19, 2022 at 5 PM in Cross Creek Church.
