Kevin Dawayne Creasman, 27, of Nashville, died Thursday February 29,2024 at his home while sleeping after long medical conditions.

He was born April 26, 1996 in Tift County to Marie Creasman. He was disabled but enjoyed the outdoors and playing music on his phone. He was a beloved son, grandson, brother, and nephew.

He is survived by his mother: Cynthia Creasman; 2 brothers: Cody Deen and Austin Creasman; grandmother: Wanda Keen; uncle: Ruel Creasman; great-grandmother: Doris Gray; several cousins.

The family will honor his request for cremation and no formal services will be held.
