Leroy Griffin's Obituary
Leroy Griffin, 69, of Nashville died Tuesday October 28, 2014 in Tift Regional Medical Center.
He was born May 13, 1945 in Berrien County to the late Warren W. Griffin and Mary Ellen Boyd Griffin. He retired from Harvey's Warehouse after 20 years in security and shop maintenance and worked as carpenter. He attended Faith Ministries in Nashville. He was preceded in death by his first wife: Gail Harrelson Griffin who died in 1993 and 2 brothers: Willie Griffin and David Griffin.
He is survived by his Wife: Eve Mullis Griffin of Nashville; 3 daughters: Angie (Mike) Liberty of Nashville, Karen (Kameron) Allen of Enigma and Cynthia Mullis Griffin of Nashville; son: Jason (Holley) Mullis of Commerce; 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Funeral services will be held Friday October 31, 2014 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Craig Nalls and the Rev. Willie Heath officiating.
Interment will follow in the Old City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6-8 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Hospice of Tift Area or General Medical Surgical Floor of Tift Regional Medical Center.
