Lewey Edward Westberry, 83, of Nashville died Thursday September 13, 2018 in Berrien Nursing Center.

He was born March 21, 1935 in Echols County to the late Dewey Westberry and the late Burlie Harnage.  He owned and operated Lewey's Woodshop, served in the U.S. Air Force, and a member of Nashville Church of God.  He was preceded in death by his wife: Evelyn Dupree Westberry who died in 2011; a daughter: Dezra Ann Watson who died in 1991; and 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

He is survived by son: Robert Westberry of Fitzgerald; 4 grandchildren: Heather Boice of Alabama; Kayla (Sam) Warren of Nashville, Leslie (Hunter) Burbank of Yulee, FL, and Justin Watson of Adel; 3 great grandchildren: Mary Kathryn Warren, Dawson and Devin Boice; sister: Frances Ping of Sanford, FL.

Funeral services will be held Sunday September 16, 2018 at 5:30 PM in Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
