Lillie Ann Ewing's Obituary
Lillie Ann Ewing, 74, of Nashville, died Tuesday July 21, 2015 in the Crestwood Nursing Center.
She was born February 13, 1941 in Eufaula, Alabama to the late Curtis Smith and the late Myrtice Glover Smith. She was a homemaker and retired secretary in the hotel industry. She was a member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall of Adel. She was the widow of Willie Gene Spurlock and also preceded in death by a sister: Pat Libert and a brother: Jim Smith.
She is survived by her daughter: Deborah (Randy) Fortune of Nashville; son: David (Kimberly) Spurlock of Eufaula, AL; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday July 25, 2015 at 1 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Saturday from 11 AM until hour of services.
