Linda Kay Gelatt, 67, of Nashville, died Thursday July 13, 2023 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

She was born August 13, 1955 in Berrien County to the late James Ray Gelatt and the late Mary Thelma Warren Gelatt. She worked for Nashville Textile for 25 years and was a retired business teacher working with Wiregrass in Valdosta and Douglas for over 20 years. She was a member of Ruth Forrester Missionary Baptist Church, loved her family and going to church.

She is survived daughter: Robbie Gelatt of Nashville; sister: Rose Mary (Rev. Jim) Williams of Nashville;  brother: Bobby (Diane) Gelatt of Nashville; grandson: Warren Gelatt of Nashville; niece: Nicole (Brandon) Plocki of Nashville; nephew: Wesley (Madison) Gelatt of Jacksonville, FL; 2 great nieces: Bella Plocki and Cadence Gelatt.

Funeral services will be held Sunday July 16, 2023 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Saturday from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home.
