Linda Kaye Stanford, 69, of Fitzgerald, died Friday April 19, 2019 at Navicent Health in Macon.

She was born April 11, 1950 in Union County, Florida to the late Lewis Green and the late Violet Rose Betterman Green. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Darlene Smith and a sister: Marie Crews.

She is survived by her husband: Roy Clifton Stanford of Fitzgerald; daughter: Marie Harrell of Lakeland; 3 sons: Jack Sheffield of Jonesboro, Allen Jordan of Fitzgerald and Daryel Blackwell of Fitzgerald; step daughter: Tina (Harold) Yates of Chesapeake, VA; 2 brothers: Johnny Green of Rayford, FL and Gordon White of Lochloosa, FL; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 24, 2019 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jasper Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Wednesday one hour prior to the service.
