Obituary

Linda Jean "Bunnie" Taylor, 76, of Nashville, died Saturday September 10, 2022 at the Life Care Center in Fitzgerald.

She was born May 9, 1946 in Cherry Lake, FL to the late Joe Brown "J.B" Taylor and the late Fannie Belle Gray Taylor. She loved the Lord, her family and her nursing home friends. She loved to sing gospel songs and many times you would find her singing with friends around the piano. She loved making all kinds of jewelry and some days, she would have on 4 necklaces, 6 bracelets and a pair of earrings. She liked to fish but due to her health, she was limited to the outside events. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Joe (Jeanette) Taylor, Troy (Linda) Taylor; sisters: Thelma Taylor and Laura Taylor; brother-in-law: John Leavens and sister-in-law: Vivian Taylor.

She is survived by 2 brothers: Wayne V. Taylor of Nashville and Dan (Glenda) Taylor of Nashville; 3 sisters: Gloria (Bobby) Pharr of Lenox, Bessie Leavens of Ivey and Sandy (Jimmy) Wood of Adel; numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday September 13, 2022 at 5 PM in the Empire Cemetery with the Rev. Mickey Lindsey officiating. Visitation is Tuesday from 3:30 to 4:30 in the funeral home.
