Linda Sue Tidwell, 73, of Nashville, died Tuesday, February 25, 2025, in Statesboro.

She was born September 28, 1951, in Tift County to the late James Clarence Williford and the late Anna Mozelle Watson Williford. She was a homemaker and cashier at O'Neal's Restaurant in Nashville for years. She was the widow of Jackie Moore Tidwell.

She is survived by her daughter: Donna (Brian) Cone of Nashville; son: Jackie (Judy) Tidwell, Jr of Portal; 2 sisters: Mary (Randall) Simpson of Tifton and Teresa (Rusty) Ruggs of Tennessee; brother: Ricky (Jan) Willford of Tifton; 7 grandchildren: Michael, Randall, Matthew, Brittany, Jennifer, Maci and Breanna; 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Walker officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Friday from 7 to 9 PM in the funeral home.
