Linson Fort, 73, of Nashville, died Friday January 5, 2024 at his residence.

He was born December 25, 1950 in Berrien County to the late Tommy Fort and the late Velma Lewis Boyd. He was a retired retail sales manager with B.C. Moore's, Family Dollar and Dollar General. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his stepfather Robert Boyd.

He is survived by his wife: Donna Boone of Nashville; daughter: Melissa Fort of Milledgeville; son: Joshua Fort of Nashville; brother: Winston Boyd of Nashville; grandson: Riley Fort.

The family has honored his request for cremation and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
