Lloyd Phillips, 70, of Tifton died Sunday April 14, 2019 at Amicasa Hospice in Decatur.

He was born December 30, 1948 in Irwin County and was preceded in death by his mother and step father: Jeanette Cook Driver and Lloyd Driver.

He is survived by a sister: Jacqueline Edenfield of Tifton; brother: Edwin (Dona) Phillips of Ashburn.

A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday April 17, 2019 at 2 pm in Tift Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Mickey McWaters officiating.  The family will receive friends in the cemetery following the service.
