Lois Margaret Fountain, 84, of Nashville, died Tuesday May 19, 2015 in the Tift Regional Medical Center.
She was born September 10, 1930 in Berrien County to the late Alfred McLellan and the late Rosa Lee Cribb McLellan. She was a homemaker and for 12 years owned and operated Mama Jack's Day Care. She was a member of Calvary Temple Church. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Debbie Fountain, a son: Jerry Fountain, brother: Herman McLellan; 2 sisters: Beverly Smith and Lynis McLellan.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Teresa Pilcher of Nashville and Brenda (Stanley) Gaskins of Nashville; sister: Rhonda (Frank) Brock of South Carolina; 3 brothers: Charlie J. (Betty) McLellan of Nashville, Don (Barbara) McLellan of South Carolina and Mack (Brenda) McLellan of South Carolina; 5 grandchildren: Jennifer Green of Hahira, Brett Pilcher of Nashville, Derek Pilcher of Nashville, Rebekah Gaskins of Nashville and Caleb Gaskins of Nashville.
Funeral services will be held Friday May 22, 2015 at 2 PM in the Cross Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Scotty Mathis and Rev. Ann Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6 to 8 PM.
