Obituary

Lois Coleen Smith Tuttle, 79, of Nashville died Sunday December 9, 2018 at her residence.

She was born February 24, 1939 in Glynn County to the late Dovie Grady Smith and the late Dolly Coleen Miles Smith.  She retired from Nashville Mills as a Smash Hand and a member of Hope Baptist Church.  She was the widow of Arthur P. Tuttle and also preceded in death by a daughter: Joanne C. Tuttle; son: David Tuttle; sister: Theresa Jeffries; 2 brothers: Lawrece Smith and Tommy Smith.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Terri (Russell) Browning of Hazlehurst, Debby Tuttle of Nashville and Sherri (John Mitchell Rowan) Upson of Nashville; 2 sons: Tommy (Demie) Tuttle and Shane (Linda) Tuttle both of Nashville; 2 brothers: Ronnie (Elisha) Smith of Brunswick and Donnie (Marlyn) Smith of Las Vegas, NV; 24 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will honor her request for cremation. A memorial service will be held Friday December 14, 2018 at 6 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Mr. Danny Broyles officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
