Louise Bennett Warren, 74, of Alapaha, died Sunday January 4, 2015 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
She was born August 1, 1940 in Lanier County to the late William Oliver Bennett and the late Elizabeth Fender Bennett. She was a homemaker and attended Trinity Holiness Church. She was the widow of Hayward Lamar Warren who died in 2005 and was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Corbitt and a brother, Clyde Bennett.
She is survived by 3 sons: Larry (Clara) Warren of Enigma, Gary Lamar Warren of Alapaha and Terry (Rena) Warren of Alapaha; 2 brothers: Wilbur Bennett of Homerville and Cliff Bennett of Homerville; sister: Magalene Gaskins of Daytona Beach, FL; 5 grandchildren: Larry Warren, Jr, Michael Brandon "Mikie" Warren, Britini Ann (Craig) Rollins, Candi Louisa Warren and Clinton Levi Warren; great grandson: Clayton Daniel Rollins; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 7, 2015 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Freddie Stone and Rev. Junior Morgan officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Paron Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM.
