Lucille Jane Smith, 83, of Nashville died Sunday February 22, 2015 in the SGMC Berrien Campus.

She was born September 8, 1931 to the late Abner Grady McKinney and the late Lucille Smith. She was a retired educator with 30 years of service and a member of the Nashville United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Howard Lane Smith who died in 2009. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters: Mary Sue Smith and Angela Jane Smith; 2 brothers: Grady McKinney and Herbert McKinney.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday February 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Nashville United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Finn and Rev. Danny Ray officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 PM in Orange Hill Cemetery in Hawkinsville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Nashville United Methodist Church or charity of choice.
