Lucy Carolyn Luke Tucker, 80, of Alapaha died Monday November 16, 2020 in Tift Regional Medical Center.

She was born September 2, 1940 in Berrien County to the late William D. Buford Luke and the late Ollie Harper Luke.  She was retired from Nashville Mills as a seamstress and a member of Alapaha Baptist Church.  She was the widow of Nelson Tucker who died August 19, 2020.  She was preceded in death by brothers: Buck Luke, Cleatice Luke, Lamar Luke, Sam Luke, W.D. Luke and Melvin Luke.

She is survived by two sons: Danny (Belinda) Tucker of Alapaha and Robin Tucker of Alapaha; daughter: Monica (Mike) Dieas of Enigma; four sisters: Evelyn Griffin of Nashville, Brenda Henderson of Ambrose, Marjorie Griffin of Jacksonville, FL and Betty Jo Perrine of Jacksonville, FL; brother: R.M. Luke of Nashville; five grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

A graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday November 18, 2020 at 11 AM in Mt. Paron Cemetery with the Rev. Brian Luke officiating.  No formal visitation will be held.
