Luel Folsom, 83, of Nashville died Wednesday June 15, 2011 in the Berrien County Hospital.
She was born March 28, 1928 in Crisp County to the late Robert Stapleton Greene and the late Edie Mae Alred. She was a retired teacher with the Berrien County Board of Education and a member of the Nashville First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband: Albert Folsom of Nashville; daughter: Karen (Mark) Loerzel of Gainesville, FL; son: Al (Ann) Folsom of Eastland, TX; 4 grandchildren: Jared, Kacey, Gardner, and Maury; 2 sisters: Ida Salonia Pate of Asheville, NC and Geneva Mooney of Columbus; 2 brothers: Bob Greene and Frank Greene both of Arabi.
Funeral services will be held Sunday June 19, 2011 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Stanley Luke officiating. Visitation is Saturday from 6 to 8 PM. Nashville.
