Malcom Stone, 81, of Nashville, died Friday, February 28, 2025, at Berrien Oaks.

He was born October 27, 1943, in Berrien County to the late Marcus Stone and the late Cora Lee McMillian Stone. He retired from Nashville Textile after 35 years as a garment cutter and worked at Berlin Corp. in Tifton for several years. He was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Tifton, loved playing his guitar, working in his yard, going to yard sales and flea markets, never met a stranger and loved to talk. He was preceded in death by a sister: Elizabeth Gray; 4 brothers: Robert Stone, Leroy Stone, Billy Joe Stone and Laverne Stone.

He is survived by his wife: Vivian Moats Stone of Nashville; daughter: Regina (Bobby) Stalnaker of Nashville; 2 sons Buddy (Candy) Stone of Nashville and Steve (Judy King) Stone of Nashville; sister: Betty Godwin of Sylvester; brother: Jesse (Sue) Stone of Nashville; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Clarence Luke officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM.
