Dosha Marie Morgan, 82, of Ray City, died Saturday September 12, 2020 in the Lakeland Villas.

She was born June 25, 1938 in Berrien County to the late Alvin L. May and the late Maggie Howard May. She was a retired office manager for 30 years with the former Robert Conner, CPA and also worked as a clerk with the City of Ray City where she was very involved with the elections. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ray City and was the widow of Clyde Morgan who died in 1996. She was also preceded in death by 2 daughters-in-law: Ann Morgan and Diane Morgan; 6 brothers: Lee J. May, Lafayette May, Elton May, J.C. May, Dewey May and Marcus May; 3 sisters: Edith Fountain, Aretha Drake and Virginia Wetherington.

She is survived by a daughter: Janet (Roger) Hendley of Nashville; 3 sons: Jeffery (Marcy) Morgan of Lake Park, Donald (Shirley) Morgan of Silsbee, TX and Ronald Morgan of Ray City; 2 sisters: Juanita (Vernon) Davis of Howell and Idelle Mosley of Lizella;  11 grandchildren: Daniel (Tiffany) Morgan, Gabrielle (Colby) Carter, Tara (Brooks) Casillas, Morgan (Nicole) Hendley, Joshua Morgan, Haley (Justin) Moody, Donnie (Paige) Morgan, Brandon (Brooke) Morgan, Sarah Morgan, Steven Blair and Christina Blair; 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday September 13, 2020 at 3 PM in the First Baptist Church of Ray City with the Rev. Robbie Peay officiating. Interment will follow in the Empire Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday in the church one hour prior to the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church of Ray City.
